Writing Prompt Wednesday

If you're feeling stuck in your WIP (work in progress) or just want to shake things up a bit, here's something different to try today:

Make a list of three verbs and three adjectives. Use them all in a story starting with: "If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times..."
